Grasshoppers
One of our main goals in this program is to get kids used to having a structured class, listening, and following directions. We don’t use a ranking system for this program, but we do ask kids to line up in an organized manner throughout class. We have multiple activities and games geared towards basic attention skills, eye-hand coordination, impulse control, maintaining flexibility, balance, and basic tumbling. We include some very basic punches, kicks, and blocks. We also introduce/reinforce concepts that underlie martial arts training such as obedience, respect, cooperation, control of power, perseverance, etc.

Class sizes are limited to please use the link below to sign your child up for each class you plan to attend.
Pre-Hoppers: Ages 2-4
Friday's 5:15- 5:45pm
This class will require each student to be accompanied by a "sidekick." The main focus of this class is to teach basic motor skills, balance, and practice following basic instructions. The cost for this class is $10/class or you can purchase a punch card by contacting us. Play clothes (T-shirt, shorts, sweatpants, etc.) are appropriate.
Grasshoppers I: Ages 4-6
Friday's 6-6:45pm
Our primary goal in Grasshoppers I is to increase students' ability to pay attention, follow directions, and continue to foster the development of basic motor skills. The cost for this class is $15/class or you can purchase a punch card by contacting us. Play clothes (T-shirt, shorts, sweatpants, etc.) are appropriate.
