Class Schedule

FORMAL TRAINING

Formal training in Tang Soo Do is offered to those aged 7 and up. Tang Soo Do is a well rounded standing martial art. Training consists of learning various kicking and punching techniques. Training also focuses heavily on teaching basic self defense and personal growth. 

GRASSHOPPERS

Grasshoppers is our beginner martial arts course. This class is offered on Friday evenings for kids aged 2-12. This class is a pay-as-you-go option. It focuses on teaching basic karate skills and introduces young students to a structured environment.

YOGA/BUTTS & GUTS

Pay what you can! All ages welcome! Yoga is offered on Tuesday evenings. Yoga students are also invited to our Butts & Guts class that takes place 25 mins before Yoga begins.
